Alistair Macpherson

Scottish. Graduated from Glasgow University Vet School in 1989 and worked in large animal practice in Yorkshire for six years before heading to Nantwich in Cheshire. Left there in 1999 to head up a new cattle practice in Canterbury, New Zealand before returning to Shropshire in 2002. Married to Jane with one son, George and one daughter Isla. Away from vetting he likes to chase deer over hills as well as having enough work around the house for the next 10 years.

Tim O'Sullivan

Irish. Qualified in Dublin in 1994 and progressed through jobs in Four Crosses, Kilkenny and Nantwich before joining Alistair to set up Macpherson O’Sullivan LLP in September 2003. Tim is a second generation farm vet and has a younger brother also working as a vet in Cork. His particular interests are in cattle fertility and production diseases.

Roel Driesen MRCVS

Belgian. Qualified from Ghent, Belgium in 1996. Worked in mixed practices in Four Crosses, Carmarthen and Montgomery. (3,1 and 2 years respectively). He did a stint of work for Maff during F&M in the Welshpool area. Surgery is one of his main interests. When not vetting he can be found hanging of cliff faces or bashing some ice with a grin.

Rod Wood BVSc MRCVS

English! Graduated from Bristol University. He's been brought up on a dairy farm and worked in mixed practices in Devon and Gloucester before moving to Shropshire in 1988. He's a Man U ticket holder, closely follows Rugby. Plays golf and is a keen gym user.

James Marsden BVSc MRCVS

Zoe Pearson

Zoe is currently our only full time receptionist. She started as a maternity replacement for Sally and she's still answering the phones 3 years later!

Sally Jones

One of the two originals. She's been with us from the start and is now with us for 2 days a week.

Sadie Littlehales

Sadie is the second of the two originals. Momentarily shes on maternity leave and looking after baby Ben.
